Welcome to the latest version of the Together for Adoption Procedures Manual which is produced and maintained in partnership with tri.x.

Together for Adoption is a regional adoption service made up of five local authority adoption agencies:

• Cheshire West and Chester;
• Halton;
• St Helens;
• Warrington;
• Wigan.

This manual replaces all previous procedures manuals, including the WWiSH (Wigan, Warrington and St Helens Adoption Service) Procedures Manual.
